Historia
The year is 1876. Warring Indian tribes still populate America's western territories, even as lawless gold-rush towns begin to mark the landscape. In much of the country, it is still illegal to espouse evolution. Against this backdrop two monomaniacal paleontologists pillage the Wild West, hunting for dinosaur fossils while surveilling, deceiving, and sabotaging each other in a rivalry that will come to be known as the Bone Wars.

Historia
Four days before Christmas in 1943, a badly damaged American bomber struggled to fly over wartime Germany. At its controls was a 21-year-old pilot. Half his crew lay wounded or dead. It was their first mission. Suddenly a sleek, dark shape pulled up on the bomber’s tail - a German Messerschmitt fighter. Worse, the German pilot was an ace, a man able to destroy the American bomber with the squeeze of a trigger.

Not Robert Ludlum
Revisado: 05-19-20
This book is a prime example of a somewhat good story, but falls short on the wordsmith execution. Also the story pushes past being believable which disconnects the reader from identifying with the main character. Having experienced the writing skill of Robert Ludlum, the contrast of a master to a novice is plain to see. Somehow you can finish the sentence of the novice before you read/ hear it, seaming like the author was too much in a hurry, but the master constantly surprises with identifiable emotion and with patience, expertly builds and moves between multiple plots and emotionally identifiable characters which coalesce at the end. Wreaking yet again your secret promise of getting to sleep at a decent hour.
