Historia
In spring of 1918, World War I was underway, and troops at Fort Riley, Kansas, found themselves felled by influenza. By the summer of 1918, the second wave struck as a highly contagious and lethal epidemic and within weeks exploded into a pandemic, an illness that travels rapidly from one continent to another. It would impact the course of the war, and kill many millions more soldiers than warfare itself.

I really enjoyed this book despite it's sad topic. I found it easy to listen to; it stated hundreds of facts in a coherent manner.

Excellently written & read.

This book comes from the heart of a kind and decent lady. Ms. Rule shows how easily people can be fooled and too trustful. The author reminded me that we need to stop giving people the benefit of the doubt so quickly.

I'm glad I bought this book.
Revisado: 07-28-20
Mary Trump's explanation of how/why Donald Trump is so dysfunctional and destructive was excellent. Forget all the labels people have given him, he was taught to be this way from a young age. This does NOT, however, excuse what he's doing to others; she just makes some sense out of the chaotic "madness".
