Historia
We already rely on science to tell us what to eat, when to exercise, and how long to sleep. Why not use science to help us improve our relationships? In this revolutionary book, psychiatrist and neuroscientist Dr. Amir Levine and Rachel Heller scientifically explain why some people seem to navigate relationships effortlessly, while others struggle.

A must read especially in the beginning of dating, martial woes, and confusion about your role!

I really needed this book 📖 at the time I happened to find it. I came to get some ideas about my child and end up confirming myself feelings in my relationship. This gave me great ways to see others that are important to me but also reconfirm what I'm doing and what I should do; rather that keeps the relationship, works on it, or ends it in a healthy way. very insightful. intriguing and great examples and solutions!

Great Read and Audible!

This is the 2nd edition to a three part book series (thus far). If you've read/listened to the first book you will enjoy this one fully. The first book is unmatched but the tale of another lawyer int he firms life and tale is refreshing. Cant wait to read/listen the the third installment.
