Frustrating Read
Revisado: 01-10-23
The narration is the only thing saving Book 3. The first two books were interesting and enjoyable with a storyline that kept me intrigued, but honestly, Book 3 is 75% randomness that added very little to the story. I can't decide if Book 3 was the authors/publishers attempt to milk this story dry for money or if the author is lost on where to take the storyline next and just throwing unnecessary filler words to meet a word count minimum. I've not been this annoyed and frustrated by a storyline (or lack thereof) in a really long time. Then I find there's a Book 4 to read/listen? I'm completely torn on whether or not I want to occupy another 19 hours of my time and continue this read.

What profound perspective, positivity and gratitude! Molly Shannon is a delight and her book provided an excellent internal microscope in which I could take a look at my own life. Thank you, Molly!
