Historia
Many Christians consider the topic tribulation salvation irrelevant today. This thought seems logical since the church’s rapture will take place before the commencement of any part of Daniel’s seventieth week. The answer becomes evident when considering the multitude of future souls at stake. The sole hope for overcoming false gospel teachings in the “Tribulation” rests upon the truth of scripture - rightly divided. The primary thesis of this audiobook serves as an urgent warning for those alive after the disappearance of Christians.

A Much Needed Teaching
Revisado: 12-22-20
Peter and Paul warned their readers of false teachers. One does not have to look very far today to find a slew of professing Christians teaching false doctrine and heresy. These teachings are going to carry on after the Lord has come for His Church – leaving a false message of salvation for the lost. This is a matter that should greatly concern the Church.
In Tribulation Salvation - Jesus Still Saves, Dr. Stauffer uses the Word of God to answer those who would pervert the Gospel, while answering many questions relating to the Time of Jacob’s Trouble, commonly referred to as The Tribulation Period. Anyone reading this book who will take the time to study the Scripture presented and allow the Bible to speak for itself on the matter will be greatly benefitted.

Hard to Take
Revisado: 07-15-19
It’s a great story, just not done well. Maybe it would be more tolerable with a different narrator.

The thesis of this audiobook is that the Antichrist will attempt to present himself as the Jewish Messiah, and that he will try his best to appear as if he is instituting what Jewish believers know as the Messianic Age and what Christians know as the Millennial reign.

An Interesting Theory
Revisado: 07-15-19
The narration is good and that always makes for an easy listen.
I disagree with the eschatology of the author, but he doesn’t bring it up much or try to force it on you. He presents his case and much, if not all, of his theories presented can fit into a pretrib view as well. Worth a listen or two if you dig eschatology.

A Decent Work on Prayer
Revisado: 07-15-19
Miller offer some helpful ideas regarding prayer. The narrator was not my favorite; he sounded a little on the whiny side. Overall, a decent book and worth a listen.

Dr. Stauffer and Dr. Ray methodically, systematically, and scripturally consider many of the end times details concerning the timing of the Rapture. This concise commentary on the prophetic events of First and Second Thessalonians provides definitive and undeniable proofs showing that the scripture holds the answer when freed from private interpretation.

Exegetically and Hermeneutically Sound; A+
Revisado: 07-15-19
Dr. Stauffer has written several books on weighty matters of doctrine, but always manages to write them in a way that the layperson can easily understand.
This is a sound addition to the ongoing debate regarding the timing of Christ’s PROMISED return for His Church. The Bride of Christ enduring any of “Jacob’s Trouble” is simply not scriptural. It’s also neither blessed nor is it something to be hoped for. The Perfect Bridegroom will simply not subject His Bride to that. Furthermore, the Church is NEVER told to look for the Antichrist; our continual admonition is to be watching for Jesus. That is the next event on our calendar.
Dr. Stauffer does a phenomenal job in illustrating the case made for the Pretribulation Rapture that the Apostle Paul described in his letter to the Thessalonian Church. I highly recommend this to anyone seeking to learn more about God’s plan for the Church in the end times.

The second volume of Bennett's overview of U.S. history begins with the events leading up to WWI, tracing the progress of the U.S. through the end of Reagan's presidency. Bennett has a long history of government service - he was Secretary of Education under Ronald Reagan and Director of the Office of National Drug Control Policy under George H.W. Bush - and the overall tone of the book reflects the deep respect he holds for America's leaders, history and institutions.

Trying to make it all fit...
Revisado: 04-12-16
The book started off interestingly enough. Is the cosmogony described in Genesis 1 material or merry functional? But as the story continues we see that the author is merely trying to bend Scripture to accommodate it to the particular cosmology that happens to be in fashion at the time.
