Not really a finance book

I think she is very motivational and helpful. But merely to get in the mindset of making money. You can take her motivational words to motivate you in other areas of life. Which makes this a motivational book. NOT a finance book. Most other financial books actually provide methods to get ahead financially. Not just how to get in the mindset.

Excellent book. For the intelligent and motivated

If you are serious, and actually motivated/intelligent enough to learn about the oil drilling industry than this book is absolutely wonderful.
Disclaimer: it is not for the faint of heart and those who cannot appreciate technical details. This book is written from the perspective of a professional engineer, and he goes into all the nitty-gritty details of the science, chemistry and physics of oil and drilling. This was an easy read for me as I have degrees in chemistry and appreciate technical details. But I can see people who aren’t as technical not liking the book. Probably why it does not have excellent reviews. Although it should be loved by anybody, serious, and intelligent enough to truly learn about the oil drilling industry.
