Those who don't care if you end up hating the protagonist.
Would you be willing to try another one of Nicole Poole’s performances?
Ugh...I like the series but I'm not sure, if any other (new) characters are going to be read similarly to the main character, April, in this novel. I honestly just want to smack her (no, not April...Nicole).
What reaction did this book spark in you? Anger, sadness, disappointment?
Disappointment because I think that I'd have enjoyed this novel much more if I'd just read it myself. I've come across whiny characters but I think that Ms. Poole did a disservice to this character.

Jill Redfield is amazing

First, let me just say that it's been a while since I've laughed so hard or so often. This book was pure entertainment and sexy as hell. The narrator, Jill Redfield (who you'll recognize if you've listened to the Bared to You series) never fails to disappoint! I've already downloaded the next three books.

It's rare that I get so caught up in a story that I don't see the end coming. I sat in shock as I heard the "...Audible hopes you have enjoyed this production..." Which I usually say along with the recording. But JK is a bloody brilliant author and she really does not disappoint with this book (I've yet to be disappointed with anything of hers that I've read or listened to).
