Crap, total crap.
Revisado: 01-31-24
No more by this author! Language, homosexuality lies and garbage, and storyline not following description. Totally wasted a credit, well return.

Good story for most part, terrible narrator.
Revisado: 01-30-24
Storylines are good for the characters except the sex scenes. Ends well. Narrator seems like she's trying to s/l sexy Marilyn Monroe throughout. Extremely annoying, so inappropriate from every character, very distracting and takes away from story. Glad this book was free.

Narrator ruins it all, can't even pronounce ...
Revisado: 11-29-23
... author's name, says Tessa Ashfar. Couldn't stand her narration on another of this author's books, but this one is worse and is so distracting to the story that I will have to listen again to get to the meat of the story, which I am not willing to do b/c she is so annoying. Would rather read this one just to get away from the narrator.

This best seller tells of the young Dutch factory worker's incredible efforts to transport Bibles across closed borders - and the miraculous ways in which God provided for him every step of the way. Brother Andrew's story remains as inspiring today as it was 35 years ago, and with this new release, it will motivate a whole new generation to risk everything to follow God's call.

Animal abuse
Revisado: 11-18-23
Will NOT listen to any form of animal abuse. Completely unnecessary to the story. Completely inappropriate and disgusting. Why do readers/listeners need to know this and how does this encourage anyone for Christ??? Will be returning ASAP.
Supposed to be about serving Jesus, living the Christian life, helping others do the same by giving them Bibles, even smuggling the Bibles to them. No one needs to hear trash on the way.

Reader makes it VERY difficult...
Revisado: 11-07-23
... to distinguish voices and to know who is talking. Pay CLOSE attention to names, most voices sound the same. Harder to know who is talking when it's only he's and she's. I had to listen to last few chapters several times to figure out the ending, but it was confusing most of the time. Not Morton's best.

Revisado: 10-25-23
Will be returning. Not wasting a credit on this abusive nonsense and won't be listening to anything else by this author. NOT uplifting and NOT clean and NOT encouraging like others have posted. Horrible images to get out of your mind. No, definitely won't be listening to anything else by this author.

Historia
Mason and Ty were once the very best of friends, like two nerdy sides of the same coin . . . until seventh grade, when Ava Petrakis came along. Now Mason can trace everything bad in his life to that terrible fight they had over the new girl. The one thing he’d give anything for is a do-over. But that can’t happen in real life—can it?

Weird stories.
Revisado: 07-28-23
Very odd. Yes we need to help people and lead them to Jesus, but follow the Holy Spirit, not your own strength and works. And not everyone has the gift of evangelism, so don't let this book make you feel guilty. I've listened to and read her books before and had forgotten that she's off the mark. I don't think I want to listen to anymore by her.
Narrator okay.

WEIRD STORY!!
Revisado: 07-26-23
Idk how people think up this stuff, but this was one weird, strange, far out story. I enjoyed the Christian aspect, but nothing else. Narration was too dramatic and some characters sounded screetchy, like nails on the chalkboard.

The summer of 1972 is the most pivotal of Matt Plumley's childhood. A fish out of water, Matt is relieved to forge a fast bond with two unlikely friends: Dickie Darrel Lee Hancock, a mixed-race boy; and Jesse Woods, a tough-as-nails girl with a sister on her hip and no dad in sight.
