I love the revelations and how one character, in particular, received them. The new romance is completely unexpected but somehow, just right. I'm looking forward to seeing it develop.

I'm hooked on this series. It's not great literature, but it's a good stress reliever. The plots are interesting, the characters are lovable. When your mind is tired and you just want to feel good, read about Walt and Danielle and the Beach Drive bunch. Totally satisfying.

Thrilling to "watch"... the production was almost cinematic. Excellent portrayals by Jon Hamm, Kate Mara, and Ana de la Riguera. I'm not too informed about the McCarthy witchhunt and it was a treat to learn more about it this way. Now I want to watch "The Salt of the Earth." Listening to this is definitely worth one's while.

Story was great, narration was not.

This wasn't Mia Chiaromonte's best. Besides several mispronunciations ("beet" noir, "contrehtehmps"), she seems to have run out of voice characterizations so at one point it was hard to tell Alec from his interviewee. Sadly, she makes Alec sound pompous. Also, the love scenes between Alec & Daisy were cloying. Disappointing.
