Got pulled in despite myself

I liked ACOTAR but found it a bit trite and Feyre kind of unlikable as a protagonist. Wasn’t sure I would continue this series. Gave this book a chance and I am hooked. The narrator is also fantastic!

Just love this series!!!

About to start 3rd book and so hoping there will be a 4th soon! Great narration and the storyline keeps me wanting more. It never gets bogged down. The Martian was my first audiobook and I thought it was fantastic. Have listened to many books since, but this is the closest to the experience of The Martian. Following the Bobs working a problem with a good dose of dry humor keeps me super interested...and laughing. And the exploration of the galaxy and description of the systems and found planets make me feel like an excited school kid. And I love the classic sci-fi references. Such a fun series!!

Loved this!! Fantastic narrator capturing many voices/variants of one. Plenty of geek-worthy science but not too complicated to follow. Some great snarky moments for this girl who loves irreverent humor. Can’t wait to listen to the next in the series.
