I thought this guide was going to be primarily for CEO's, but it is an outstanding guide for anyone leading a team. Packed with practical advice, each chapter takes the reader from "disappointing but expected results" to a thriving team, full of energy, engagement and a desire to bring the company forward to the next level. Fantastic for businesses large or small, this book is written from the knowledge base of a proven expert in turning around businesses from mediocre performance.... to breaking through all new records and achieving dream results. The knowledge comes from actual case studies of processes and practices that work.
There are plenty of books that give general good advice to managers and leaders. This is way out of that league and takes the leap to a whole new level.
The book is brought to life with narration by author Jim Canfield, who is easy to listen to and brings the book home.
I definitely recommend!

I love these characters as the drama unfolds in cute and clever ways. Jean-Michel George is amazing as a narrator and Michelle's characters are adorably quirky and fun. I really enjoyed this quick listen and can't wait for more!

Another Aggie tail - this one just as cute!

Aggie is always getting into some sort of trouble. This one is no different. The cast of adorable characters is very well voiced by Jean-Michel George who seems to know just what characterizations to give each of the quirky folks as the story unfolds. I loved it!

Zombies with a twist

A fun read with many lovely characters. The narrator did a great job with the characters - but especially with the sound effects! A real talent! This story is zombie-esque with people changing into demonic characters with yellow eyes and burning up with fever. Follow the characters as they work to escape the claws, biting and wicked fast speed of those infected. Not your average zombie story because this one twists and turns. No spoilers here, folks. You've got to get your own copy to see what happens! Enjoy!

Love hearing what happens next as Kate grows in her power and relationships. Gotta love the characters including her Mom and Dad. Suz Korb keeps us engaged and I can't wait for the next one! Kate Tyler does a great job with the narration, with distinctions in the voices that are fun and not distracting.
