A little too technical for me

Although I have enjoyed other books by Dr. Dispenza. This book for me was too much into the physical and medical on how the brain and nerves worked. My preference is more how I can use the information, so I enjoyed "You Are The Placebo" more. But if are interested in how information and neuro chemicals move through the brain and body you may enjoy this book.
