The narration was too noisy with background chatter which was incredibly distracting. Exhausted me just trying to get into it. Had to stop. Now I can’t even delete it. Awful.

Recognized a few people in this book!

The few people who have panned this book in their review obviously have perfect lives, totally sane family members, and have never felt grief. I suppose, although it’s unlikely, there are a minuscule number of perfect people and families. However, on several levels I identified (or know some family members and friends and others’ families who can identify) with all the characters in this skillfully and thought provoking book. The narration was perfect and I, literally, laughed and cried and commiserated and empathized throughout the story. A “must read” for those who have suffered with psychological problems and for those who haven’t-to give them understanding.
