Ridiculously unbelievable and out of touch
Revisado: 11-05-18
Interesting premise, but this story will lead some readers to be discontent in an otherwise good marriage and have unrealistic views of romantic love. Romantic love is a gift from God to be enjoyed by married couples.

Historia
Mark, Todd, and Zola came to law school to change the world, to make it a better place. But now, as third-year students, these close friends realize they have been duped. They all borrowed heavily to attend a third-tier, for-profit law school so mediocre that its graduates rarely pass the bar exam, let alone get good jobs. And when they learn that their school is one of a chain owned by a shady New York hedge-fund operator who also happens to own a bank specializing in student loans, the three know they have been caught up in The Great Law School Scam.

Nothing redeeming about this story
Revisado: 08-09-18
I appreciated being able to learn about the complexities and vagaries of the student loan mill, but the story seemed to validate that it pays to fight evil with evil - two wrongs make a right. I find nothing redeeming about this story.

Historia
Jim Gash's comfortable life as a Los Angeles lawyer and law professor nearly ensured that he and Henry, a Ugandan boy languishing in prison for two murders he didn't commit, would never meet. Henry was losing hope and prayed for a sign from God. Halfway around the world, Jim listened to best-selling author of Love Does Bob Goff encourage lawyers to use their legal training to help imprisoned children in Africa. Jim felt an irresistible urge to respond to this call.

Parker House's secret inheritance is either his greatest blessing or his deadliest curse. Why is this guy reading?
Revisado: 01-27-17
The story was good, but the reader/narrator was not. His voice inflections were unnatural. It was as if he was reading this in front of his junior high class and his teacher told him to use more voice inflection, so he did, but not at all in tune with what he was reading. I almost stopped listening several chapters in because of this, but the story had already gripped me enough that I simply had to grit my teeth and finish it.

Historia
It’s 1996, and Reacher is still in the army. In the morning they give him a medal, and in the afternoon they send him back to school. That night he’s off the grid. Out of sight, out of mind. Two other men are in the classroom—an FBI agent and a CIA analyst. Each is a first-rate operator, each is fresh off a big win, and each is wondering what the hell they are doing there. Then they find out: A Jihadist sleeper cell in Hamburg, Germany, has received an unexpected visitor—a Saudi courier, seeking safe haven while waiting to rendezvous with persons unknown.

Distracting sexual content
Revisado: 11-19-16
Why distract the reader of an otherwise good storyline with frivolous descriptions of both normal and deviant sex acts? I was so disgusted by this distracting and destructive content that I ceased listening 2/3 of the way through the book. If you enjoy having your mind filled with disgusting explicit material, including beastiality, then this is your kind of book. Otherwise, avoid this one.

Their next adventure, however, might be their most astonishing yet.

Evolution?

Excellent tale except for the fact that it centers around and let's lie an evolutionary "missing link".
