Not very long, but to the point and helps with some starting points and adds more confidence. Not super detailed (because this topic is so vast ; in order to cover everyone’s specific situations would take a long time)but does bring up some good points I had not thought of.

The fact that the story is told by Enzo ( the dog ) brings a whole new perspective! the book uses different obstacles in their lives that not only a racer can use for inspiration , but we can all use in aspects of our lives. great book..... worth the time.
