No clear plot

I was so excited to read this book based on all of the great reviews and the exciting description. It was terrible. The plot just kept dragging on with no clear rise to action or climax. Every time there was excitement, it quickly ended and the plot kept dragging to the next small ruse. I would not recommend it.
