Loved the book not so much the performance

The narrator read Harper's character like a whiney 12 year old. It was absolutely the most annoying performance I have heard in a long time. I had to stop Audible and go back to reading the book in Kindle! Like I said the story is wonderful/great but the Audible performance was pretty bad.

No more sound effects!!! Soooo Annoying!!

The story was good but all of the sound effects during this audio are unnecessary. Please stop adding the walking shoes, the utensils clinking on plates and the dang beeps and alarms its sooooo grating on my nerves

Weak story

Z had the weakest excuse on why he left Ana high and dry. Wait! she could forgive him for his complete disappearance from her life but he couldn't forgive his band mates first spontaneous remarks based on what they knew 'at the time'? Weak! I was pretty much disgusted with all the assumptions the two main characters had for each other. The author has been better

Need new audible readers for both m/f parts

The story is really good. it's just listening to it can be challenging. The female reader makes the female characters sound like they are slow speaking duds. The male reader makes the female characters sound like pissed off men trying to sound female.. it is quite annoying.

Audible actors voice is extremely monotone

Wish I could have skipped this

I usually enjoy M.K. Eidems books but this was a little on the boring side. I first tried to read Treyvon but I got bored and picked up another book. When A Grimm Pet came out I started to read it but quickly realized that I would have to go back and finish Treyvon before I started A Grim Pet. So I decided to buy the audio version. Big mistake. The female voice actor made all of the female characters (all except Kat) talk so slowly I wanted to scream ! Even the Godess spoke slow. Ugh!!! -will not listen to another audio if this person is doing the voices- And if that wasn't bad enough their were sound effects. SERIOUSLY!!! Footsteps, beeps , spoons hitting a bowl ! WHY!!!? The worst was the under attack alarm that continuously blared during a conversation..SO ANNOYING. And the icing on the cake was the main male characters voice actor kept mispronouncing the word 'data'!!!!!! GAAAAAAH!!!!

The book is great the audio is unbearable.

Please redo the audio with a different male reader and add a female reader. Each character sounded old and pompous. I tried to get thru it but finally gave up at chapter 6. Glad I already read the book or I might not have known how great this series is.
