This is one of my favourite series so far, hopefully it hints at the actual return of Abaddon to the table top with a new model. Massive fan service in these books. Great to hear the trials of the Ezekarion and Abaddon to forge the BL.

Start the HH with this book!

Enjoyed the narration detailing the major prelude to the Heresy. Both author and narrator did a brilliant job making Lorgar sound insufferable. Would read/listen again.

The comfiest fluff in a long while

Such a great start to how the Black Legion was founded! Brilliant performance of a well written 'recounting' of the adventure Khayon and the other in the Triumvirate of Undivided experienced in starting their new war. "We are the reborn!"
