They are somehow relative to each others story, similar to spiritual beliefs that we are all connected in glory. Life is fragile at times tough to handle, but what is living if you're not in it for the battle. Great Writing & Performance! A must read for the modern Indigenous.

Great Read. I've read Matthews other workout books and this falls along the same lines of self discipline. The book has many stories of stars who've overcome their shortcoming whether through self drvien motivation or with building a great support group. As usual, Matthews includes web links to download bonus material for purchasing his audio books. The take away from his books are always positive plus the bonus materials provide additional information or tools to help reach your goals.

Self Discipline Developed

To hear the authors struggles & challenges beginning as a youth, then later as an adult proves that all can overcome darker times through perseverance and determination. As a reader, the most memorable quote from the author on self discpine was "You must first battle yourself in order to find peace". Overall great read. I liked the story slash podcast audio presentation. You're a beast Goggins!

Soar Above the Rest

Great story of a native american youth facing difficult times only to view life through another persons persepctive and ultimately chose to rise above his traumatized past to become a new found youth in today's society. I was a bit confused with the timeline of events until the author redirected back to the first person story telling which made the book for an excellent read.

A Creative Experience

I have read other creativity books but nothing quite like this. At least not in this perspective. Quest delivers real life experiences, challenges & scenarios which he encountered in his personal life and his career as a musician. Quest using these stories to help you develop a tool to think outside the box when we tend to stay within the lines of our own better judgments when it comes to creativity. The bonus of this book is that its flooded with stories of some of your favorite musicians, producers, actors, etc. Overall a great read and absolutely a must read if you're looking for another point of view on how creativity works. Great Job Quest!

C'mon as if you needed a reason to read this awesome book that includes virtual reality future, gaming and decades of nerdy references. Wil Wheaton gives a stellar performance that will submerge you into the Oasis. The only bad part of the book is when its over.
