I am so impressed with this series although the MC comes through sometimes as a moron hes got it that thing that makes him such an interesting character.

I truly hope this series continues on for 30 books that details the capture of the entire planet and then taking the fight to the galaxy in such great and long detail.

So much happened in this book and it was all so darn good. I can't even tell you how far Joe has progressed and just how much he's sacrificed to do so. I can tell you that Joe is up to his old tricks again but with a new spin on them just so that he can survive what the current planet is throwing at him let alone what the next one will. This series is only getting better and after a long time more allies will finally be able to give Joe the much needed backup he desperately deserves.

I love that we have another Aussie character to follow around. Plus its slice of life. I'm not a fisherman myself but this book makes me want to go fish and have a BBQ under a shadow tree somewhere quiet and without people to bother me.

Finally, it Finally happened, that thick as a dwarf star MC finally got a clue. Woohoo!!!!

Besides that, a lot happens in this book and so much progress is made it's amazing. But at the same time, it's not so much progress that it feels rushed, no everything is finally coming to a head and it includes a smirking bull and a laughing Rooster hahaha. I'm so pre pre-ordering the next book.

Trauma and Healing

This one is rough for the MC Jake, he's a young man who has been through a lot, and his actions and inactions in this world show just how affected he is from book one and how he ended up in the old/new world. This book is both about his growth and healing and his need and desire to learn to trust and maybe even love again. I hope the best for him and am looking forward to the next book in the series as it seems this is going to be one wild ride through time.

Excellent addition to the universe

I loved how this filled Boris out as a character and how it added depth to him and the universe between Bethany-Ann's departure and Michael's return. I'm going to have to restart the entire series over again as it has been a few years since i read it in its entirety. Back into the fray i go.

A changing of view points

A story that changed how i look at the Fermes paradox and that will cause me to ponder on what i would say to an intelligence so vast and ancient that my lexicon seems like nothing more than a meer babble of a brook or the whisper of a breeze against a blade of grass. A sound drowned out by the rest of the white noise around.
