Historia
Not every danger comes in the form of a mega-threat like a Titan. Some predators are a lot cozier...more personal. When one such creature threatens an independent tutor, Harry Dresden must shake off the blood and dirt of his most recent battles and rise to the occasion, even when it turns out that the new predator is far more dangerous and connected than first appearances would suggest.

a bit overpriced
Revisado: 07-08-22
if you like Dresden, you will like this. It's not the best story JB has written, but it is entertaining.
but at $30 it is overpriced.
JB reads it himself, and most of the time he reads it like he's angry.

one of my favorites

the Cain novels are great fun, even in the grim dark universe of 40k. Ciaphas Cain is equal parts Flashman, and Captain Jack Sparrow.

Great book - Well adapted from the comic.
Revisado: 08-17-21
I was worried when this audiobook didn't come out at the same time as the hardback. I love this series. I've been a fan of the comic since it first appeared in print, and then became a webcomic. There are slight differences between the comics and the books, but they both have there own charm. The books give you a chance to get a lot of information that just hasn't fit into the comic format. In this book for example, you get the full backstory of a side-character who has not even been given a name in the comic. It really adds depth to the story.

A fine audio drama, not an audiobook.
Revisado: 07-30-20
At least one reviewer had an issue with the format, upset that this wasn't an audiobook. It's not an audiobook; it's an old fashioned radio drama; and, it is wonderful. I hope they do the rest of the Sandman (this is, I think, the first half or one-third).
