Too dumbed down and cutesy. I couldn’t finish this book. I wish I could get refunded for this book.

Historia
In the digital era of isolation, more adults are lonely or dissatisfied with their social life than ever before. A common issue people face is that they're not sure how to make friends and create a social life. In this book, you will find a practical solution for adults who are ready to improve their social life. There is no unrealistic positive magic pill vibe here. I'll go over the basics so you can improve your social skills...and if you already have good social skills, then I'll share many advanced concepts and techniques to help you develop even better social skills.

Honestly comical because of how weird the advice is
Revisado: 04-18-23
I’ve never left a review but I honestly feel compelled to write this one to save people the money. Some of this advice would come across as creepy if I saw someone do this in real life. It’s weirdly specific, for example he says you should wear t shirts that come up to your bicep and be tight. He also gives examples of side hustles like crypto currencies, drop shipping etc which isn’t really related making friends? It’s honestly comical and I enjoyed listening to it because of how ridiculous this advice is. This author does not seem self aware. He doesn’t even know what an introvert is and incorrectly assumed that they are awkward in social situations ( they just don’t gain energy from social situations, many introverts still like being around people, it’s just not how they recharge). Overall I regret spending money on this book.
