but the tail end of the book is all PUA bullshit.

one been reading around, have tried shit when I was younger...really a lot of examples in this book...while the male makes choice that make you cringe and sometimes we've been there....pretty much 90% of the time the FEMALE on the examples has her on major insecurities and for me comes off as extremely unattractive- not a woman I'd want to be with in the first place....

and the advice offered in this book, while sound with what NOT to do, is really setting you up to be a PUA douche failure....something that a lot of woman have taken note on lately and something that will only land you with the most insecure women.

this book isn't that great...3% man by Corey Wayne has most of this information conveyed in a more mature way. go read that instead

even if you don't apply to all it's still an excellent book.

I like to think of it as a modern Think and Grow Rich with more modern info and less story.... he even gives a shoutout to it in the sex chapter.

excellent book.... rather than reading outers I've reread this one over and over...bulletproof coffee or not. 5 stars

such a boring book for being so highly looked upon...author repeats the same info over Ans over? are men screwed? yes if they aren't careful but the points being made here are over dramatic

you have to really sreach for the relations and listen with an open mind to.relate to "master yourself"
this is a refreshing read from 3% man (if you've read it the amount of times you'd probably be sick of it) and Corey is an excellent reader- his story is inspiring and interesting to go thru to understand why his relationship life was so messes up, and how he learned to and how we learn to negotiate what he wanted in his career effectively was awesome. I was also shocked to learn that he was able to really get going in his late 20s and could really relate to his struggle with algebra and how certain courses expired from when he was taking forever to complete his degree. this has happened to me and I believe school system is bullshit for not teaching and giving us effective measure for the changes to complete curriculums. but as Corey would say, "your responsible for your own challenges"

however there are points in the book where it seems like there is no real.direction...like.the end. what does this have to do with mastery in oneself? and including the bill.of rights and constitution in the end? not every reader is going to ne American, so they wont have the same gun culture as America does....this part really did not need to be in the book.

if your a fan and have an open mind? check it out. avoid otherwise

coming from JRE I found these subjects were repeated in full and much more effectively communicated in a two person conversation rather then one person reading an audiobook.

some great ideas are presented here but I can't help to think this gets boring fast

first if all, unless if your woman/feminine or just could use the big "relational" example. skip the bogus "fable" by going to chapter 7.

if your in mannagment or you work an office job or.perhaps construction mannagement this may be for you, Any entrepreneur or new business starter these concepts are common sense and not worth spending the money to read on. the story is nonsense and the book misses key factors to why people may not be the "ideal team player"
