Ambivalence best describes this book

If you look beyond the internal inconsistencies and philosophical misarguments, as well as the lack of internal logic, the book does describe a method, which could be beneficial for many people. The method of letting go and seeing thoughts and emotions from a place behind the actual experience, can be very beneficial, but as a philosophical and spiritual existential account, the book fails on many levels.
Take the method as it is, and use that without giving in to the lacking philosophy, then this book is good. Try and follow the logic and argumentation and you might feel as frustrated with this book, as I did listening to it.
