Very very very long winded
Revisado: 12-28-22
I could not stand this book. 90% of the book was talking about how important sleep was And didn't give you much useful informatio and repeated the same things over and over. I pride myself on always finishing books, but this one I could not. Very little useful content.

way too descriptive
Revisado: 08-08-18
I thought this would be a classic book, and maybe it is. but the amount of detail makes you lose your train of thought and the narrators accent made it difficult to concentrate. there is way too much detail
