Total garbage.

The information is beyond basic. Author clearly does not speak English fluently as the book is barely legible. I learned nothing that could not be read in 5 minutes online.

Some interesting elements, but largely clouded by tedious biblical references. This book is exactly what you would expect from a creationist. I wish the a author spent more time on practical examples rather researching biblical bullet points on why Jesus is okay with you being angry.
