Historia
They are not human. They are not natural. They are not friendly. At a research station in Antarctica, five of the world's top scientists have been brought together to solve one of the greatest mysteries in human history. Their subject, however, is anything but human. Deep beneath the ice, the submerged ruins of a lost civilization hold the key to the strange mutations that each scientist has encountered across the globe. When a series of sound waves trigger the ancient organisms, a new kind of evolution begins. A long-extinct life form is reborn.

Takes a while to get into a groove
Revisado: 04-26-18
Opening exposition is a bit difficult to get through but the pace then picks up for an interesting take on origin and evolution.

Interesting
Revisado: 01-19-15
The reader sounds really bored or tired while reading it but the story is interesting. Not sure if I will listen to any more.

Great little adventure
Revisado: 01-06-15
The story was interesting and enjoyable. The only small issue I have is with the reader. The actor who plays Martha's brother narrates here. He attempts the nuances of Tennant and misses the mark. I also wish he would enunciate a bit more.

Interesting story but it doesn't really focus on the doctor or the aliens. Does paint an interesting picture of small town life during WW2
