Historia
After surviving a mass shooting, FBI Agent Nathaniel Ryder is forced to confront his worst fears as Ameriguns, a group of lone-wolf gunmen, put Washington D.C. under siege. Starting with the death of the US Secretary of State, the seemingly random attacks escalate and the deeper Ryder digs the more dangerous things get. Caught in a deadly game between the law and D.C. insiders, only Ryder can put an end to the killings - and no matter who wins, someone will die.

I Was Hooked On Ameriguns From The Opening!
Revisado: 10-30-16
If you could sum up Ameriguns in three words, what would they be?
Kept me guessing!
Who was your favorite character and why?
Nathanial - the author created a believable, likeable character that the listener could relate to.
What does Eric Michael Summerer bring to the story that you wouldn’t experience if you just read the book?
Eric Michael Summerer really brought the story to life! He deftly managed the entire cast of characters - I forgot I was listening to a narrator and thought I was listening to a thriller of a television show in the background!
Was there a moment in the book that particularly moved you?
I loved the scenes with Nathaniel and his dog. The love and care he felt for his pet told me more about his character than anything else in the book!
Any additional comments?
I did not realize that the Audible version of Ameriguns included a prequel until it started playing and hearing the story "flip" to include the mastermind's perspective was a stroke of genius!
I thoroughly enjoyed this book and hope that this writer/narrator duo return for more Audible thrillers in the future!

Exciting Story, Great Listen
Revisado: 07-06-16
Where does The Anonymous Source rank among all the audiobooks you’ve listened to so far?
The Anonymous Source is an exciting thriller about an intrepid journalist who finds himself assigned to a story where everything it not as it appears to be. When he starts receiving and investigating tips from an anonymous source, he soon finds that there are very few people that he can trust, and that he and those he cares about are in grave danger. He also discovers that the roots of the case he is investigating go far deeper than he could have ever imagined.
Which character – as performed by Jeff Hays – was your favorite?
The plot was exciting and the performance by Jeff Hays made this story a pleasure to listen to. He truly brought each of the characters to life. His performance of the female characters was particularly well done. I loved his versatility in conveying the sensitive moments with Camille and the harsh moments with some of the brasher characters throughout.
Who was the most memorable character of The Anonymous Source and why?
This is the debut novel from of AC Fuller and based on the story, I am looking forward to his next book. Likewise, I truly enjoyed listening to Jeff Hays performance and look forward to hearing more of his performances of audiobooks in the future!
Any additional comments?
My original review of The Anonymous Source appears on my blog, Create With Joy.
Disclosure: I received a copy of this book from the narrator through Audioboom for review purposes. However, the opinions expressed in this review are entirely my own.

Did the plot keep you on the edge of your seat? How?
The Florentine Deception is about a young millionaire named Alex who believes he stumbles upon the key to finding a valuable diamond - only to discover that he holds the key to something much more dangerous and deadly!
Which scene was your favorite?
What starts out as an exciting adventure for Alex and his friends turns into a deadly game of cat and mouse as they race against the clock on more than one occasion to keep themselves and others out of danger!
Was The Florentine Deception worth the listening time?
The Florentine Deception is my first experience with Audible, and it's been a positive one. I feel like I'm in the midst of a video game as I listen to the book - the narrator makes the action come to life!
Any additional comments?
The one thing that I did not like - particularly in the narrated version - was the excessive use of foul language throughout, which detracted from the story for me.
Aside from that, The Florentine Deception was quite enjoyable - the perfect entertainment for a lazy summer day!
