That it provided several practical nuggets that can be implemented in any organization. I like that his personal philosophy surrounds the dichotomy of leadership, by rewarding for good work and holding managers accountable for poor performance.

Life changing wisdom if applied

I was a bit reluctant in purchasing this book as it was listed under the” $5” section on Amazon, but after filtering through the reviews,(mostly positive) I took a chance and made the purchase. Best decision ever! BDFR is very insightful and practical. The knowledge set forth can be life changing if put in action.
