I started listening to this book as I really enjoyed the author's first book but there was a problem. After chapter one, all the chapters are mixed up. Chapter two starts with chapter nineteen, and goes to twenty-two and twenty-three, then ends up back at chapter two in the chapter seven slot. What a mess. The story and recording are great but whoever set this up really screwed up from a technical perspective. Really, really disappointing.

Where does Emulandia rank among all the audiobooks you’ve listened to so far?

I spoke Polish as a child and am trying to relearn it. I thought a children's story would be a good way to dive back into the language. What a delightful surprise to discover this beautiful and well told story. It seems to be aimed at older children so the grammar and vocabulary are not too advanced but the story is fanciful, intelligent and so funny! What a great way to rediscover my first language!

I loved it! Wonderful humor woven in through the whole book.
