The story wasn’t bad.. I really liked Ryan.. but I do have to say I did not care too much for the FMC I wanted to slap her so hard about being so dramatic about the stuff with her father.. she k ew he was a jerk and she knew things were going g to be revealed yet she still acted like it shouldn’t have been done.. idk I wasn’t thrilled. Don’t k is if I will do the rest of the series or not?

This was an ok listen narration was of course amazing but idk 🤷‍♀️ I kept getting sidetracked and would get lost listening to a video on Facebook.. maybes I was just too excited and had high expectations for this one? Will still be listening to Lawsons books though I’m intrigued…

This was good but left so many unanswered questions and so many thanks open-ended.. I would have loved to k ow what her family thought.. she was so close with her twin but we only got. Few phone calls.. she didn’t even confront him about what her sister said about his neighbor.. he comes back for her and everything is forgiven and forgotten.. like ummm NOOOO.

I just can’t get into it-DNF

I don’t know if I’m in a book slump but this is my second DNF book this week and it’s only TUESDAY!!! I watched the movie and it was decent. I said oh great there is a book- the book has to be WAY better than the movie- they normally are.. well I’m 24 minutes in and I can not get o er wanting to slap the h. She is a whiny selfish little girl. I seriously wanted to slap her. I’ve had to move a round a lot in school and I NEVER acted like that. Just couldn’t get into it. I was looking so forward to it too.. 😢

I didn’t connect with the characters.. it wasn’t bad but I wouldn’t read anything else in the series.. both characters kind of annoyed me! Things were left unfinished.. I would have like to have seen the boxer guy attack her or something later

Just couldn’t get into it.. felt to me like it was edited too much and took a lot of what needed to be there out and left so much of what didn’t need to be there.. I wish it would have had more of the before they broke up and the before relationship. I wasn’t invested in their relationship.. just couldn’t get into it even though I tried really hard!

Story could have been decent but didn’t like how every person had to be described as white or black. This is the first book that did this that I have listened to.. didn’t like that or the 13 year old child transgender parts. Also think it could have been shortened a few hours.. glad it was on sale.

I can’t I just can’t. Male narrator sounds like he smokes a carton a day and is 60. Story jumps all over I just can’t. Unfortunately I wasted a credit on this. It’s awful! Do not waste your time on it!
