This is definitely one of the very best Qigong books I have come across and Ken's writing skill is impressive. I especially enjoyed his sparkling sense of humor and the depth of his knowledge which makes this book a real pleasure to read. A must read for any student of Qigong or those with an interest in healing and traditional Chinese medicine.

This One Is The Best

This was the book that helped me get out of my toxic marriage. A family member recommended I read it when she heard about the problems going on in my marriage. I'd already read a lot of self-help books, tried therapy, tried marital therapy, and nothing was working. Marital therapy was me being blamed for every problem in the marriage. It was frustrating, depressing, and I was at wit's end.
