This is one of my 7 year old grandson's favorite stories. He has listened to it several times and loves it just as much each time. He really enjoys the narrator. I bought the 2nd book and I hope likes it as much.

Great true crime collection

I received this free in exchange for an honest review. Kevin Pierce is already my favorite true crime narrator and he did a fabulous job with this collection. For 1 credit you get over 19 hours of crimes. These are well written and such a variety that you do not get bored, which can sometimes happen when you have a long book based on one crime that has too many small details. Great collection that I highly recommend.

Lust, Lies and Lemon Cakes Too

This is the second book in the series. Be sure you listen to Sex, Lies and Chocolate Cakes first. I enjoyed the second book very much, For me it wasn't as funny as the first but it was still just as good and it does not end in a cliffhanger. I hope we get more books about Eric and his family in the future. The narrator was perfect to me. And this book does not have the sound of turning pages like the first one.

Sex, Lies and Chocolate Cakes

This book was done in the style of a diary, the only negative I have was I didn't care for the sound of the pages turning at the start of each new day. I loved the narrator, he brought the main character to life. I loved the humor and I did laugh out loud. Warning don't listen with little kids around, it has much adult content. It ended in a bit of a cliff hanger but I do have the next book so I will happily listen to it right away.

Twisted fun !!

Such a great concept, four friends camping and telling ghost stories. It was short but so good. Creepy, scary, gory fun !! I want the sequel. The narrator was excellent.

Sweet Southern Cozy

This was a sweet cozy mystery with a likeable main character. I did not like the relationship with her ex at all but maybe I will understand their relationship better in the next book. I loved the narrator's southern accent but I did not really enjoy her male voices and some of the older women's voices.

Escape!

I hate the Saw movies and this has a tiny bit of a Saw feel but in audio it seems much less gruesome and more enjoyable to me. It has lots of twists and turns, never a boring moment. I listened to it in one day because I had to find out how it ended. Aubrey Parsons did a fantastic job narrating this with different voices for each character.

Sweet bedtime stories

Three sweet bedtime stories perfect for young children, there is a 3rd story titled "I'm Not Sleepy" included in this set. My 4 year old grandson really enjoyed them. The narrator did a great job, she has a soft pleasant voice.

Fascinating !

This is a very different style of true crime than I usually read and I really enjoyed it. There was very little "crime" it is mostly the aftermath and trial of one of the accused. It was told in very straight forward manner from start to finish. The narrator was in my opinion a great choice for this book. I did have a few unanswered questions and when I was looking up the answers I discovered this was made into a movie in the 80's starring Patty Duke.
