This handbook is not meant to be a workbook, but giving information on the criminal justice process, medical process, therapy, self-care, diet, etc. to help victims/survivors make informed decisions on their healing journey. I HIGHLY recommend reading this as we all have someone in our lives whether personally or professionally who has experienced sexual violence.
