Light and fun mystery
Revisado: 03-07-19
High Strung is a story about a woman who is granted a second chance at life. I won't spoil things by telling details, but know that newly found self employment, a new home and town, glass beads and murder are involved. What could be better that for a sweet fun read? I loved it.

Historia
In the early hours of a summer morning, a young woman steps into the path of an oncoming bus. A tragic accident? Or suicide? At the center of this puzzle is Adrian Wolfe, a successful architect and grief-stricken widower, who, a year after his third wife's death, begins to investigate the cause. As Adrian looks back on their brief but seemingly happy marriage, disturbing secrets begin to surface. The divorces from his two previous wives had been amicable, or so it seemed; his children, all five of them, were resilient as ever, or so he thought.

Fun read
Revisado: 04-30-18
A Bead in the Hand was a fun read. It’s a light hearted who-done-it revolving around the art of making and selling handmade glass beads. The narrator was a good fit for the story. I enjoyed it! I will be buying book 3.
