Really essential for beginners.

I really like that new words are in bold with the translations included between the paragraphs so I don't need to scroll back and forth. I also like that the Italian speaker isn't speaking slowly so he is easier to understand, but speaking at the normal speed to throw the listener right into hearing the language correctly.

Good listening, and helpful information. I would recommend this book to a friend or someone trying to cope with depression. Excellent overview of this problem and an essential message that healing is possible! Give it to listen to this book to your loved ones suffering from this illness. I know how it is difficult even to take a book in your hand when you are sick. But audio could be possibly much easier for depressed people.
Give it to listen to them. You won't lose anything. The only thing this book can is to give hope, motivate and calm down them.
