Horrible Pronunciation

The theme is very interesting and provides a general view of the emperors of the time. Nevertheless the gentleman narrating the book has a horrible pronunciation of the Spanish and Nahuatl names. I would assumed that if I am going to narrate a book with non english names, I would take the time to review all those names and practice the pronunciation until I get them right. I did not however, hear that effort whatsoever.

The narrator could have done better

The story is one of the best, the book is amazing, I love it. The only downside is the way it is narrated. There is not spice, there is not feeling when changing to one character to another. The most awful thing I encounter, at least in my opinion, is when the Ralph Lister is trying to do the voice of Mariko.....
