Historia
As they do each June, the Foxes have driven the winding roads of Appalachia to drop off their children for a two-week stay at their grandmother’s. Here, twelve-year-old Thea can run free and breathe in the smell of pine. But as her parents head back to suburban Virginia, they have no idea they’re about to cross paths with a ticking time bomb. Back in Kentucky, Thea and her grandmother Lucy both awaken from the same nightmare. And though the two have never discussed the special kind of sight they share, they know as soon as their tearful eyes meet that something terrible has happened.

How Greaney keeps so many characters working in sinc
Revisado: 04-09-25
I loved the whole audio, couldn't shut it off, Jay Snyder is a superb audio performer. He is the voice of Courtland Gentry.
So much action, but none of it confusing.
Many of our favorite gray man characters that we love were back. I have read and listened to all of the stories, I think this is# 13 over the years and I look forward to the next audio book
I'm glad it ended with Court and Nadia together for a short time. The team of Matt, Zack and Court sounds intriguing.
So far Greany has not disappointed us.

As always loved the action. Greaney knows how to spin the battles. Even with so many characters he writes so you understand each of the people and their motives.
Great narrator also, good with different voices and accents. I love Greaney's stories. Looking forward to the next book.

A rogue grizzly bear has gone on a rampage—killing, among others, the potential fiancé of Joe’s daughter. At the same time, Dallas Cates, whom Joe helped lock up years ago, is released from prison with a special list tattooed on his skin. He wants revenge on the people who sent him away: the six people he blames for the deaths of his entire family and the loss of his reputation and property.

JOE AND THE BEAR
Revisado: 03-27-24
First of alI I love Chandler the best narrator for all of the Picket series. I have read all of CJ's books and he is an awesome writer. He is on top of political issues in the country and weaves them into his stories.
Joe Picket is a believable protagonist with great instincts for solving problems. He and his wife Mary Beth make a good team.
I am sad about Nate Romanowsi Joe's best friend. He gets dealt such a bad hand.
As always I'm waiting for the next Joe Picket story.

Court and Zoys still together
Revisado: 02-25-24
I like Greaney's ability in his stories to take 3 or 4 different incidents and roll them altogether into the story without confusing the story line. The incidents are easy to follow, and the characters are memorable.
I have read all of the Gray Man series and many of the characters reappear.
Court Gentry is the main protagonist and the flawed hero surrounded by these characters. Jay Snyder is the superb narrator who makes these characters each so distinctive. When Court met Zoya that was a great part of his chaotic life. I was glad to see them working together during this story. They have separated again and I am waiting for the next story to see what happens. I guess you can tell that I am Mark Greaney fan. Janice

The Gray Man is on a simple mission when he sees a ghost: the long-dead terrorist, but he's remarkably energetic for a dead man. A decade of time hasn't changed the Gray Man. Revisado: 09-27-22
This is book 11 and it was as good as book Number 1. I am a gray man fan. Greaney writes extraordinary stories about unbelievable feats of courage from a single man whose injuries should have killed him.
I have reread all of the the series and I'm looking forward to the next book 12. Jay Snyder narrator extraordinare, is the Gray Man. He is also each character that is part of the story. He does an excellent job giving voice to each individual. Amazing when you listen you know who each person is. Greaney you never disappoint your Violator, Sierra Six, Gray Man fans. l love your work.

Second Time Around
Revisado: 09-01-22
I listened to this audio probably 8 years
ago. After seeing the Gray Man on TV, I listen to that audio again, obviously way different than the book, it was great.
So, that started me revisiting all the Gray Man audios. I have them all. what surprised me the most was I didn't remember the stories. I loved the stories,
the characters and the action.
Greany is a terrific writer and Ray Snyder is a wonderful narrator. He is Court Gentry.
The action is non stop , yes violent, with rough language, but, to be expected in these action thrillers.
I realize that Court is a super hero, fantasy really. no one can carry out super human feats like he does in reality without dying, but Greany makes it seem possible. Court gets wounded many times, but makes
his escape. He is always on the run. check out the audios to discover what the Gray Man running from.
Well I'm onto the next audio in the series, another repeat. Janice

A Never Ending Story
Revisado: 07-05-22
I loved this latest story by Jack Carr. Ray Porter once again gives an excellent narration. He is James Reece. I knew the last segment of the story with James and Katie together finally was too good to be true. Truthfully, I don't love the ending of this story, but I know my favorite protagonist, Reece, will be back again with another action-packed adventure to keep readers on the edge of their seats..
I marvel at the depth of knowledge Carr has about weapons and other armorments of war. I amaze myself with my fascination with this spy- war genre. l look forward to the next James Reece audio.

Oh ,Woe is Me!
Revisado: 06-02-22
This is my 4th novel by Lisa Scottoline, I've enjoyed litening to them, so I thought I would listen to the first of the Denunzio &Rosato series. WOW, first story of the series, slow. ponderous and boring. If I had listened to this audio first, I would never have listened to any more. Thank goodness the story lines have improved. I struggled to get through this story.. There is too much self flagellation and agonizing, so it makes it difficult to relate to the protagonist. The narration was ok, and the story was ok, taking too long to get to the mystery and the why of it all.
Glad Ms Scottoline's approach to her all women's law group and storyline have improved.
