Historia
In The 100 Thing Challenge, Dave Bruno relates how he remade his life and regained his soul by getting rid of almost everything. But The 100 Thing Challenge is more than just the story of how one man started a movement to unhook himself from consumerism by winnowing his life's possessions down to 100 things in one year. It's also an inspiring, invigorating guide to how we all can begin to live simpler, more meaningful lives.

Interesting Idea, Boring Book
Revisado: 02-26-25
Wanted to love this book - I love reading/listening to books about minimalism and/or decluttering. But honestly I found this book boring. Every little thing is over explained - it's more about every single thought he had around the challenge instead of getting to the point: what's the challenge and how did it go? Listening to his thought process was just painful "....should I could our bed as 1/2 a personal item? the comforter as 1/4 of a personal item? what about my spot on the couch that my dog shares with me?....." Completely overcomplicating things and even if that was his thought process we didn't need the whole life story of how he came to that conclusion.
Some readers might like the extra details be goes into. But for me it was too much and made the book too slow.
