This is a hidden gem. I’m glad I found it. Great love story, a man who didn’t play games and knew what he wanted. A female lead who was a bad ass and not a whiner. Can’t beat it. Great narration put it over the top!

This is a formal request to have Connor Crais narrate ALL of your books. That man’s voice is smooth as honey. Can’t mess with perfection! I never have to decide if I’m buying your books or not… I’ve NEVER read a bad one and I’ve read all of them. I click and buy as soon as I see a new one available. The last few chapters of this book had me bawling my eyes out. I was actually hiccuping and my husband thought something was wrong 😂😂. By the time I got it together enough to tell him it was my book he just shook his head and walked away. Can’t wait for Jax!

Kolya. End of. 😂😂😂😂 BEST BOOK EVER!!!!

First of all the narration took this book into the stratosphere, Pure audio perfection, Nikolai is the best book boyfriend ever! Best mix of golden retriever and possessive alpha male that I’ve had the pleasure of listening to. I appreciate when an author writes confident alpha males that don’t question their worth and go after what they want without apology. I’ve never laughed so hard and also cried like a baby. This book is worth all the stars and in my opinion one of Ms. Kent’s best ever. The BEST of this series for sure and they’re all good. We need more MM romance from her… this is my formal request! I’m totally here for it!

One of the best books I’ve ever listened to!!!

This book is so well written, the topic is sensitive but handled beautifully and the narration is off the charts great! I have over 2000 audio books. It makes or breaks a book. I literally have NO negative things to say about it. It’s that good! I love that there were no mind games and ridiculous “miscommunication” or drama. No third act break up. I hate angst just for the sake of it. Perfect level of spice and suspense. Vasily is as described. He may be a morally gray man but he is strong, confident and compassionate when it comes to Nina. He has a strong moral compass and knows what he wants. I can’t wait for Volodya’s story!

It’s refreshing to listen to a book with mature people that don’t fight over petty crap and break up because of lack of communication. The majority of romance books are full of angst, men with low self esteem that waffle back and forth… mostly BS for 80-90% of the book and bam they break up in the third act like clockwork. You only get to listen to them being genuinely happy at the very end of the book which is honestly ridiculous. If your fighting and miserable the majority of your relationship it most likely isn’t going to work. When I listen to a story i want to escape to my happy place. To be able to listen to a couple have a healthy relationship where they are there for each other in difficult times and good times is a breathe of fresh air. I can’t wait for the rest of the series to come out in audio. There need to be more authors writing like this. I always Google low angst romance. I don’t do drama in my real life and I most certainly don’t want to listen to it when I want that escape. Everyone needs an Asher Blake. Too good to be true but that’s the escape I’m looking for. Well done! I binged this in 1 day and I’ll keep this in my rotation to re listen.

The story has it all without unnecessary drama. It’s a great mafia romance where both MC’s are strong, loyal and
confident. Most books, and I read a lot…have me rolling my eyes at some point or skipping forward to get through ridiculous miscommunication issues. This book had none of that and I honestly couldn’t be more grateful. There’s violence, pain, loss, love and redemption. Beautifully written and performed. I absolutely love Wen Ross, specifically in this genre. His voice is so well suited to a dominant character. His performances come across natural and I love that when he performs any female part, he doesn’t sound ridiculous. There’s a very short list of narrators capable of that particular fete. He’s one of them. It’s hard to do and appreciated from someone who listens to books every day. I have over 1200 audiobooks and the single most important thing is having good narration, otherwise even the best book can be ruined. There is no getting around it. He and Kai are an automatic buy for me. I will most definitely be listening to this again.

This book is great start to finish. All the feels too. The love and connection Darren and Jeremy shared poured off the pages. The narration was out of this world! I love Iggy Toma but for the love of all that is holy, I could listen to Benjamin Charles all day🔥🔥🔥…I have a new favorite narrator! They both brought the book to life in the best way. I’ve listened to it twice already…
