Historia
The victim of a witch's curse, Jack has been awake for 200 years. Unable to die, unable to sleep, he's trapped in a state of existence that no one can relate to, not even his vampire best friend, Victoria. Using his unique condition, he has helped Victoria in keeping the supernatural world at bay. Evil vampires, werewolves, and monsters have all died at their hand. But he's about to face his biggest challenge, eight-year-old orphan Tiffany.

Love the character of Jack
Revisado: 01-04-17
Great book, great characters for the most part. But the audio editing has issues. Quite a few of them. Lots of little mistakes left in and some pretty obvious changes of the microphone position and room in some parts. Plus there's several repeated lines in. Few parts were its unclear whether the reader made a mistake or the writer actually was being redundant. For example Jack calling Victoria when she's at the hospital, twice with the same info. Bit it could be just a viewpoint change, but the narrator puts barely any pauses between viewpoint changes or any paragraph breaks at times. The story itself might benefit from some more editorial input and revision, but the character of Jack carries the book through handily and his the interactions with Tiffany and Erica are great.
Despite these problems, I really enjoyed the book and like I said the characters.
