I really enjoyed this book. I found it easy to read and understand. This is a great book for all levels of management and leaders in any business. John does a great job of simplifying the foundational concepts of successful businesses. He then explains these proven concepts and how to identify issues in your company and how to correct coarse if needed. Highly recommend this book.
