I had just finished NVC the day before and I was so excited to get started. There is a lot of information in the book and I figured I would listen to it a few times and take notes so I could implement it into life. I listened to thos book and it was the notes I needed to her started right away. Great companion to NVC!

I wish I found this 20 years ago! The information in this book should be taught to children starting in elementary school. What a different world it would be if we were taught these skills at a young age. This is a powerful tool that will change the life of young and old alike. I would urge anyone to read this.
