This was my first book by JB Trepagnier, and I will have to go and check out some of their other books.
Chaos was very entertaining and the full cast narration was awesome!
Ripley (FMC) is my favorite kind of character, full of lots of snark and sass.
All the characters were unique, well described and had their own voice actor.
It was nice that even though the group was on a mission to stop disaster they still had time for snuggles and witty banter.
I really enjoyed the humor JB Trepagnier infused into the story.
My only complaint was that the book could have been a little longer… but isn’t that always the way with the ones you enjoy.
I definitely recommend giving Chaos a try and I will be looking foreword to the next audio in the series.
Now I think I will go and try to find some werewolf porn 😉 you’ll get the joke after you listen.

I was provided with a free copy of this audiobook, but that in no way influenced my review.

French Leave is another great installment in the Weaver series.
Lord Waverly rescues (!?!) a novice running away from the convent and the two embark on an epic journey full of mishaps and misunderstandings.
We also get to visit with Helen and Ethan Brundy who is having a whopper of an understanding of their own that almost leads their relationship into disaster.
It was nice to see Lord Waverly develop some redeeming qualities and has now become much less of a cad.

Zeus Inc. was an enjoyable listen. It fell a little short for me though, felt it could have had another pass through to take out some of the redundant bits, tighten up the plot and expand some parts that were either vague or not consistent. The narrator Sara Sheckells did a good performance and helped keep me interested. I enjoyed all the interactions with the Greek gods and that had me conjuring up my knowledge of Greek mythology. This was a very entertaining book with excellent narration!
This was my first LitRPG audiobook and I will certainly be looking for more.
This has all the elements of a good MMORPG and took me back to my World of Warcraft days, almost makes me want to start playing again.
The fact that the main character, Alexander, has a medical condition that made his dad develop the game for him was an interesting aspect.
It hit a little bit of a lull about 3/4 of the way through where it seemed a bit repetitive but anyone who has played a MMORPG knows that they do tend to be very repetitive to leveling.
The narration done by Laurie Catherine Winkel & Jeff Hays was highly enjoyable and I will be looking for more by these 2 narrators and SoundBooth Theater.

This book is a combination police procedural and HP Lovecraft monster story, and the mixture makes for a fast-paced, high-body-count, quick-reading horror novel. There's a bit of an info dump at the beginning, and a slightly abrupt ending, but neither of these things decreased my enjoyment of this book. The inter-dimensional monsters were properly creepy (and ravenous!), and SanGiovanni's writing was stripped-down and frenetic--perfect for the subject matter. I especially loved the crazed cult and the awful spider-monsters. Recommended for horror fans.
Chris Abell's narration was very good, nice pacing and character voices.

This was a difficult audiobook for me to finish. I usually enjoy a good horror or ghost story so this should have been a slam dunk. However, the writing style was more disjointed than I like which made it difficult to follow and get invested in. There are all the elements of a good horror and ghost story here and it is narrated well, so someone else might enjoy it more.

Dark Grace was a bit hard for me to get in to. I did not realize until I'd already signed up that it was book 3 in a series. I would most definitely recommend starting with book 1 as to not be lost, I was hoping that like some books this one would have a bit of a recap or mention things that had happened previously but no luck.
Dark Grace seemed fairly well written but some of the characters seemed a little immature and whiny. I also didn't enjoy the cheating & sex scenes, it kind of made the book feel like a zombie soap opera.
The narration by Kate Tyler was good, very enjoyable voice to listen to. The different voices were easy to tell apart and the accents weren't over done.

Good Action Adventure Series

The Chase Baker Trilogy is a good action adventure book series.
The narrator, Andrew Wehrlen, does a good job with the accents and voices.
There were some aspects of the writing that were slightly inconsistent and the main character, Chase Baker, is a bit of a womanizer. He tends to sleep with a good deal of the women he encounters on his cases.
Out of the 3 books included in this trilogy, I enjoyed the second book the most. That story flowed the best and had a good deal of action.

This was a very enjoyable book to listen to.
Tara Lain is one of my favorite story tellers and K.C. Kelly does a good job giving the story a voice.
There are a couple spots where you just want to smack Danny and Laurie's heads together so maybe they will get a clue. But this is a very good book with a lot of "aww", steam and humor.
You also get to follow the 2 MC's as they figure out what is really important in life and how to get it.

I think the psycop books just keep getting better!
In this one we get to see a little more of Vic's past, as he begins to remember it.
Vic gets a little bit of a resolution as to why some things effect him they way they do.
He even gets to know "Dead Darla" a little more.
Gomez Pugh's narration is, as always, very good.
Can't wait for the next book!
