The bias in this book for Patton and against Bradley & other Generals overshadows everything else. If this book was about Patton it would at least be understandable.

I dont know anything about the authors background, but it seems like this book was written by an disgrunted enlisted guy, possible infantryman, who had said they had a really high ASVAB score (like it matters) and could have gone OCS but didnt for whatever reason, and never met an officer they liked.
Just my opinion of course, and I absolutely hate the jellybean character that appears in later books. The author at the beginning said there are no superheroes, Navy SEALs or Sara Connor types.

Great short stories

Each story was better than the one before. If you are a fan of sci-fi stories than you would probably enjoy this. If I had to name one thing wrong, I guess it would be that I did not quite like the person reading the book.
