Historia
In Act III, we follow Morpheus on a grand journey to take care of family business. He visits with his son Orpheus (Regé-Jean Page), an act that brings with it profound consequences. Accompanied by Delirium (Kristen Schaal), he tracks down their estranged brother, Destruction (David Harewood), the only member of the Endless ever to abandon their post. And at an inn at the intersection of all worlds, a group of travelers are forced together by a storm that threatens to destroy reality itself, with grave repercussions for Morpheus and the rest of the Endless.

Something new, something old
Revisado: 10-26-22
I love, love, love Neil Gaiman. The first part of Sandman Act III is amazing, entwining Gaiman's own prowess as a myth-maker with tales and characters from the Greek classics. Fun and unified where some previous installments were more episodic and dark (diner scene).
The first part of Act III was so good I couldn't wait to dive into the second half, only to find a repeat for previously distributed tales about the Inn and the End of the World. This is like a band releasing a new album and discovering that the B side is all stuff from their earlier albums. What's up with that. Did the publisher think people wouldn't notice that they're reselling us what we already bought? Maybe the World's End stuff was bonus content just for Audible linked to a previous purchase, but I'm feeling I want half my money back.

Historia
An innovative trend combining technology with economics is unraveling behemoth industries - including corporations, banks, farms, media conglomerates, energy systems, governments, and schools - that have long dominated business and society. Size and scale have become a liability. A new generation of upstarts is using artificial intelligence to automate tasks that once required expensive investment, and "renting" technology platforms to build businesses for hyper-focused markets, enabling them to grow big without the bloat of giant organizations.

Reading Unscaled is exhilarating. Hemant Taneja unfolds an expansive view of the world which is developing before our eyes, all the while grounding his vision in an incisive description of the twentieth century scaled economy. This is a must read for all seeking to navigate disruption.
