Super impressed with The Count's memory! This dude remembers every single little detail about his life. Loved hearing all of the behind the scenes stories and random details about his life. Best autobiography ever!

Don't have much to say on this. This book was FANTASTIC. I usually end up disappointed with autobiographies of pro athletes but this was definitely an exception.

I love D-Rose and respect EVERYTHING he has accomplished and gone through. However this book was not a must read/listen IMO. Very unorganized and way too many repeated details throughout the book.

I liked the format of this book which was pretty much in a journal format. Since I was born in '93 I obviously never got to see this team play but I knew about them since my father would always talk about the players in this book and I'd occasionally see whitewashed documentaries about this team. Getting a true insight of this team and the day to day life of a baseball player made it a fun listen for me. The candid approach of this book is what ultimately made this book so great since a journal format gives you insight into one's life a LOT more than an autobiography.

Everything about this book was great from the details of the early struggles of the Hinkie days, the quick detailed summary of each player and the behind the scenes stories! Fantastic book. Great job narrating as well, I love it when the author narrates.

Wow, I've never had to stop listening to an audio book because of a bad narrator but this guy pulled it off. Got through the first chapter and I just couldn't listen to more. How does one become a narrator without being able to pronounce basic words?

Some words he couldn't pronounce (from the first chapter alone):

Stuyvesant
Preme (prem-ay or preem-ay)
hyperbole (hyperbowl)
ideology (eed-e-ology)
clique (kuleek)

What a joke! The average middle school student could have done a better job narrating this book.
