Emil's process when properly executed, which takes time to learn and perfect, (believe me I'm the one that's hard headed) can resolve any issue, complaint, or difficulty. I actually believe this process transcends conflict in marriage, it also helps with all relationships. I believe that even being a seasoned salesman, that applying these principles will increase my abilities in salesmanship!
