Okay, in all seriousness it just feels weird considering you have the voice actress for the main character reading the book and having different names then whst the anime used. and I'm talking in both English and Japanese here to some degree. Just be aware if you're coming from watching the anime that some of the names are different.

Why can't these come out sooner

Been waiting for t although I've gotta say, WHY THR F can't you get theses out faster. it's always hard to remember the exact details if I'm having to wait months and months for the next book. Checking Audible apparently some of the other books already have audiobook versions in Japanese. I understand maybe wanting to hold off since the second season of the enemy is coming out later in the year, but at the same point it's worth having a chunk of it more than just the first three volumes for people to be able to pick up or read ahead because they want to know more.

Doesn't help since the Seven Seas doesn't show what's coming out audiobook wise except for the upcoming month. Makes it so hard to save credits to get them day one.

Short but worth it maybe?

Ok, so this it's sort of optional as it just has a bunch of short stories from various parts of what's happened before. although I will say the included PDF file is actually very interesting and very cool to look at. so sorta worth it for that piece.

In the words of Fry from Futurama "shut up and take my money ". If you've only watched the anime like myself then this is as far as We Know. So just get the next books out already so I can continue to enjoy the seires alright.

Okay, but in all seriousness there's several parts in this one where I had to stop and rewind due to how funny some of the situations were. That's not a bad thing but when you want to make sure you heard that joke right is just priceless. What's Elma's mom's name again lol.

Okay so I couldn't help myself on that one especially with the name they gave their new ship. If you get the reference this is very least you enjoy some of the things going on with that piece of humor. Although I really do wonder what the original name was for it Because if that was intentional it makes it even more funny.

The beach episode

Basically the beach episode but with some important plot involved. Yes it's got more fan service, and is entertaining enough. Although I can also understand it might be a bit harder of a listen if you're expecting more action here this is book you'll probably want to skim through for some of it. But it's solid overall.

Outlaw Star meets ecchi isekai

If you're an older anime fan like myself you might remember the old anime it's basically a bit similar and heck even the ship has 4 arms just like the Outlaw Star. Toss in some evchi with a suddenly transported into a game world and you got a solid idea of some of the book. Although that's not the best way to describe it but it does give you a solid "this could be amusing" style vibe.

It's not gonna win awards, but it's a fun and at minimum entertaining listen although I do get why some might not like the narrator as much but he's solid in my opinion. There's enough here to enjoy if you're Interested in a break from those more serious
