This book provides very clear and applicable guidance that is useful for all; those new to leadership roles, those needing a refresher, those needing to make positive changes in their current leadership, and for those preparing to become leaders. It offers guidance that can be put into practice immediately. It was a great book! I’m looking forward to using this in my own leadership journey.
